  The photo's do not do this hotel justice! The essence of this hotel of rich history or sport, that dark, seductive feel to the rooms- it really was such a wonderful stay! The staff were FABULOUS and so helpful towards our every enquiry.   Great deal on booking made the stay justifiable:) traveling through, long distance, high stress... We were extremely well taken care of, particularly by Christian at the check in desk. He even remembered my name 2 days later when I came back to pick up luggage they let us store there... Very helpful and efficient staff when needed - from reception to the concierge service, everyone was pleasant, friendly and made an effort. Made the stay highly enjoyable. Free Acura town car for up to 5 miles. The hotel was great, especially for young people, and I would stay at the W Hollywood again.

  As I had to vacate my home for renovations I was pretty tired the first night I checked in my room made a noise..they gladly moved me to a smaller room ( only room available) and discounted it. The following day they upgraded me to Villa # 55. from here on the stay was great............would have loved to have stayed longer. Location is excellent and safe, close to great restaurants like Bouchon and Spago, easily accessible (with a car) to places like Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Santa Monica, it just took us about 20 minutes to Downtown. There are also convenience stores and a couple of public parkings within walking distance from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, it was very quick and easy to rent a car through the hotel.
