All guests will receive a short-term rental agreement acknowledging Downtown Resort Style policies within 24 hours of booking. This must be signed and returned within 2 business days of booking. Guests must present a photo ID matching the credit card they used at the time of booking with their rental agreement. Parking is provided for a fee. Payment for parking is taken upon arrival. No request needed, limit 1 space per reservation. Guests must notify the property via email or phone of their time of arrival. Guests who fail to do so may forfeit their first night’s stay. The non-refundable service charge reservations includes cleaning and property protection for accidental damages. Checkouts are promptly at 11:00. Guests must request permission for late checkouts and additional fees may apply. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform LA Extended Stay #5 in advance of your expected arrival time.
