The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel was beautiful. Conveniently located right near the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge, it was a short walk to multiple Subway stations, the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, Pace University, the 9/11 Memorial, and Battery Park. Very clean hotel, exactly as the pictures showed it to be. Spacious room and bathroom, quiet environment. The bed was extremely comfortable.
