The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had requested a top floor via letsbookhotel.com, which I did not originally get upon check-in. However, the front desk agent was kind enough to give us a top floor, which we enjoyed thoroughly. Dated property. Smoking allowed in restaurant/casino/reception areas. Notified staff of two issues in room - water running in toilet and balky bathroom light switch - on second of three day stay. No action had been taken upon checkout. Charged more on bill than agreed upon amount. Pricing discrepancy resolved by letsbookhotel.com after inquiry by traveler.

The staff greeted us with a smile & asked if we needed anything to let them know. One of the few hotels we stayed in that was quiet. What a shock(in Vegas). The breakfast was good, although it would be nice to have some breakfast rolls or donuts to choose from. yummy coffee -

very close to the strip, buffet pricing ok, free spa, free parking - After they switched me to the Tower floor from the first disgusting, roach infested, beat-up room in the courtyard area, I was happy with the clean, modern, and huge room. A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. The Westin Heavenly Bed and the service at this hotel make it a great place to stay in Las Vegas. It is not on the strip but only one block away, five minute walk at most. I would stay here again. - The quality of the Hotel
