The room was in excellent condition. Perfectly cleaned smelling fresh and and luxuriously designed The view from the 37th floor was to die for especially at night. Loved the location, the staff were excellent, we were upgraded upon
arrival for no additional cost. The staff made every effort to make sure
we were taken care of---oh, except for the day doorman. We needed a cab---
very easy to get by ourselves---but the doorman insisted on flagging one
for us. But, then he got involved with a couple checking in. We had to
leave and we kept telling him...so, we flagged our own cab. No big deal.

Millenium UN Plaza New York is one of the most excellent hotels I have ever stayed at (on my own cost). The personnel was extremely kind and helpful and their attitude was extremely good. The indoor swimming pool is such a wonderful touch for a hotel in the city. The rooms are modern and spacious. The beds are so comfortable! We will be booking our NYC stays at this hotel from now on!!

We went to nyc on a girls trip staying in a two double bed with a city
view room on the 18th floor. Comfortable beds, very clean, adequate
breakfast in am, 24 hr coffee, and excellent service with front desk.
They were always eager to address our needs. This hotel is only two
blocks away from Grand Central Station, which was perfect for seeing the
city. The only thing that I wasn't crazy about was th sliding door
that separates the bedroom and bathroom. This was easily overlooked

This hotel location is very near to most amenities, from shops up to your chemist, with restaurant ever close by, it is difficult not t like thehotel, with the only exception of its not so free internet connection. Which I would expect for the value at which we paid for the room. -
