The hotel is modern and spacious with large, comfortable, clean rooms. The suites are great with children- the pull-out couch is excellent quality and is a king-size bed. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The rooms are very quiet- a very nice experience! The location, near Time Square and Madison Ave. shopping is great! The staff are helpful and complimentary water and fruit is available in the lobby. The rooms have complimentary water, sodas, and snacks. A classy operation!

The room was better than expected. I have stayed at hotels in Manhattan which were costly and the rooms were very small. The one bedroom suite was large enough for 4 persons. I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent

The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

My boyfriend and I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was,
especially with our dog who was staying with us. When we arrived there
was a framed "welcome" for Bob our puppy with treats and water

I selected Hampton Inn because, as a former Hilton hotels employee, I
knew what I was going to get. I appreciate the early check in, the late
check out, and, more importantly, thank you for honoring my request for

The location is incredible! It is one block round the corned from Grand Central Station and just a very short walk to the Public library and Bryant Park, the Rockefeller Centre and Times Square. From our window we looked right at the Chrysler Building wich is also on a few short blocks away.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us any information we wanted. They also organised taxis - at a rate negotiated by the hotel which was cheaper than the regular taxi rate and stored our luggage (checkout time is the usual 12.00) and we weren't leaving New York until the evening.
