Happy Holidays. - Everything was wonderful. The hotel is very modern, the rooms have brand new furniture. The staff is very friendly and they pay a lot of attention to detail. The rooms and facilities are very clean and perfectly maintained. I would definitely recommend the hotel and go back there anytime. The beach is great and the pool area is exquisite. The hotel is very close to Ocean Drive.

Very close to Ocean Dr and Collins Av, but without noise - The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.

  Arrived in Miami after having a very rude taxi driver. Was greeted with a friendly welcome at the hotel. We were not informed of any information about the hotel - location of the pool, breakfast etc. We entered what seemed to be the smallest lift known to man, after fitting two people with luggage in, it was a very tight fit, and even worse when o... co mówią ludzie » ther people are wanting to enter the left also. We arrived in our room (room 329), to find it quite spacious, large living, dining and kitchen area. O - Excellent location at quieter end of Ocean Drive but within easy walking distance of everything . Receptionist Mary was very friendly and happily changed our room on request to an ocean view. Our new room was amazing ! Very large bed, excellent view of pool and ocean, must have been the honeymoon suite ! Lovely pool , ideal for the whole family. Private exit to area of beach with sun beds and umbrellas and an attendant . Would recommend this hotel with no hesitation and definitely stay there a
