  I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend - I selected Hampton Inn because, as a former Hilton hotels employee, I knew what I was going to get. I appreciate the early check in, the late check out, and, more importantly, thank you for honoring my request for a crib, it made a huge difference! Jane at the front desk was amazing! She's an asset to the hotel, made the check in process seamlessly. Luis at the breakfast buffet was very attentive and caring.   I arrived New York deadly tired at around 12 midnight. I was received by a quick check-in, rapid delivery of my lugguage. To my surprise the room had a coffee maker, excellent pulsating shower. The biggest shopping center Macy's is 2 blocks after. Perfect bed and bathroom. Also the room is big according to the other hotels in Manhattan. I will prefer to stay there when I visit NY again.

  Even from walking through the doors the lobby was friendly and professional, the bar was amazing, helpful staff. The room was basic but had everything we needed. My partner loved the tinted glass bathroom and the bed was comfy.
