  85 year old plus Uncle Fred took us to dinner while we were staying at the Harrington. Fred stayed at the Harrington in 1947, and leaving the hotel bumped into Harry Truman. &Quot;Where are you stationed, Soldier?" asked Truman.   The rooms were clean, good location, and the price was very good. - The location and the room. The hotel is only 200m from the Chinatown Metro. When you exit at the Chinatown station just turn right and walk a little bit. The bed was new and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful even though without smiles.
