I checked into Grand Hyatt in Dec2013.
I was pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms are; at least, twice as big as any other hotel that I have stayed in for a price around $400. The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt.

Room was clean and efficient . Good bathroom with daily replenished products .

Huge Lobby where the free wifi was available .
Lobby included coffee shop and snack area .
Nice bar area . We didn't use the restaurent or breakfast facilities preferring to eat out .

Everything. The service was excellent, far better than many more expensive hotels, nothing was too much effort for the staff who were always bright and friendly and came up with quick and more than satisfactory solutions to anything they were asked. Even from walking through the doors the lobby was friendly and professional, the bar was amazing, helpful staff.

We were so impressed! Stayed 5 nights with 2 other families. Wecouldn't get over the size of the room or how well stocked the kitchenwas - full size appliances, too! This hotel location is very near to most amenities, from shops up to your chemist, with restaurant ever close by, it is difficult not t like thehotel, with the only exception of its not so free internet connection. Which I would expect for the value at which we paid for the room. -
