  Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Fantastic location. Very nice room. Very well kept and looked after while we were there. Never felt intruded upon by house keeping. They came in while we were out. We always had fresh bath linens and the room was always spotless. Everyone at the hotel, door men, concierge, front desk, bell hops, security,... co mówią ludzie » house keeping staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We visited two other hotels in the area were relatives and friends were staying.   The hotel location is 5 minutes walk from time square. The staff members are very nice and helpfull. The room was clean, very comfortable and the bed is unforgettable :). We staied 7 nights in the hotel and we enjoined every minute. It is a good quality hotel with limited facilities but all we needed for our short break stay. - Excellent hotel in maybe the greatest NY location. A walk in central park during the day is a mus - This is my favorite hotel in New York. It's among the best and most comfortable also. The rooms and finishes are all new. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms immaculate. The rooms are all spacious suites-an unusual luxury for New York. Very impressed. I stay here all the time when I'm in the city.

  From the moment we walked into the hotel lobby we felt very at home....there was a wonderful smell of fresh lillies and the check-in was very efficient and courteous. We had forgotten our padlock key to our suitcase but it wasn't a problem as one of the staff came up to our room with a pair or bolt cutters! I love the area in the room where you have Emeril Kerik coffee and the Kerik coffee maker. there is also a microwave, a small refrigerator, sink and utensils for morning coffee if you want to sleep late and not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms spotless where the magnifying mirror on the wall is
