  Me and my wife love the Aloft. We came here Christmas Eve of 2012 and returned for another stay for my wife's birthday in November 2013. I was surprising my wife taking her out then to the Hotel because she loves it here. The lady at the front desk asked me if my wife was outside when I made reservations and I told her how it is a surprise for her... co mówią ludzie » birthday. She then told me since your wife love the hotel we would like to give a complimentary give to her. They gave us a great bottle of champagne - Absolutely excellent customer service. I can't speak highly enough of their courtesy, friendliness, and desire to make us comfortable. I was there with my elderly mother, and we will definitely recommend the hotel to others. They made us feel as if we were visiting friends, as if we mattered. That's highly unusual in my experience, and I've stayed in hotels of every caliber.
