Having 2 young children renting a villa was so much better they felt at home and were able to run around as they please. This was the first time we rented a villa but wont be the last. Very please with Florida Deluxe Villas

I have two rental properties around this hotel, go this hotel everything, stuff are super 8 friendly, good wifi wireless internet connection, I work here for a day, no disconnect happened. Beautiful grounds. Had a different event everyday for their guests. Offered free faxing and computer use which was important to our trip. Would highly recommend this hotel for any age group, with or without children, and a serene location to relax. - Very big appartment - nice complex (internet, basket, swimming pool, tennis, games, etc....)

The money we saved on our larger two bedroom allowed us to be a little more extravagant on meals, souvenirs etc... Our 3 teenagers had the "best time of their lives". Highly recommended and just a short drive to Disney. Wonderful facility, wonderful staff. We will book again in a New York second!!! - I selected this resort based on the positive comments provided by other guests. I made the right choice. The room was clean as was the resort area itself. The location in proximity to Walt Disney World is a mere 15 minutes, however, there is traffic on Hwy 192 which will slow you down depending on the time you leave. Hotel staff were very courteous and accommodating. Excellent choice.

This is our second stay at Encantada and we will be staying again and again, this complex is 10 out of 10, i cant fault the place, its clean, modern, has everything you need, there is a target jut down the road for food etc and plenty of restaurants just down the road. The unit was perfect for us: grandparents, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Except for the carpeting on the stairs needing a cleaning, the unit was pristine. The kitchen was perfect for simple meals. The hot tub was a great touch! We all loved it. The pools were heated and very clean.The area was convenient to shopping and to entertainment. Very good restaurants close by.

This is our second stay at this resort. It is convenient to the places we need to go when in Orlando/Kissimmee. We would still recommend this resort, even considering some of the annoyances. -
The rooms are spacious, beds are soft, rooms are very clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming.

any.complaints,the staff was great and the housekeeper was amazing with
us having a 9 yr old and teenage girls ,they can get messy ,but everyday
we came back from parks the room was extremely clean and even when we
told her we were ok she still checked in on is later that day to see if
we needed towels or anything ,our stay there was super great

The people that worked here were very pleasant. We had an issue with the computer and this woman, which I don't know her name, came immediately to check on it. It was a simple fix, users error, but she laughed it off with us and stayed a few moments to chat. The rooms very clean and affordable. -
