  Very friendly staff. Loved my room as it stated balcony with partial view but I had a great view of the ocean and boardwalk. My air conditioner broke in the middle of the night and when I reported it I was told that they had 24 hour onsite maintenance.   I really liked everything at this hotel. The front staff was very accomodating, the room and bath were meticulously clean and they were a very short drive to Hampton beach. I was thrilled to find an opening on July 2-3rd at an affordable price. The clerk was very friendly, and did his best to accommodate our needs.   This hotel is in a great location if you are visiting the area near Hampton Beach. Our room had a nice view out over the sea. The room was very comfortable and clean with great facilities. We were close to everything we wanted to do. We were also allowed to leave our truck in the parking area while we walked on the beach on check out day. A wonderful and unforgettable experience that will definitely bring us back to the Atlantic Breeze again.

  It was very reasonably priced for the location just a block from the beach and entertainment. It was clean and had a fridge and microwave. Nothing fancy, your typical older functional motel room but it served the purpose well for the money and location.   I absolutely loved everything about this place by far the best motel/hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was gorgeous with a nice deck that had an ocean view, a romantic little fireplace and a nice flat screen T.v mounted to the wall. The bed was large and comfortable and there was a really nice leather couch to sit on the room as well. I was unable to get a room during 4th of July weekend at a place next to the casino ballroom where my friends were staying. I was VERY happy that I stayed at Jonathan's instead. the bed had a memory foam topper and it was wicked comfy. My room faced the salt marsh and it was very quiet. I will absolutely stay again.

We loved this sealine and stopped off at the end of our trip for a second beach walk. - This Inn is a real gem across the board. Tracy, the owner, is First Class and on premise to ensure that her Inn is as well. The facilities have all been recently renovated and it is clear that quality was the primary concern throughout. The room we were in was lovely, well-sized, and quiet. Breakfast was included, and generous. Throughout our stay, Tracy and her colleagues were most concerned that we had a wonderful and relaxing visit with them. We did !
