The staff was great. Very helpful in my planning my day. Very friendly and enjoyable to just talk too. They knew great places to eat and see. The hotel is in a good location. Close to the things I wanted to see and transportation. The hotel prices are affordable for people on a budget. I enjoyed my stay. I will be back. -

I had a nice time staying at the Residence Inn on March 1st, 2013. I wish I could have stayed longer but my funds would not let me. But overall it was a nice experience and I would recommend this place to anyone and of course I will be returning to the Residence Inn in the near future or sooner. -

Since there was no room at the time of arrival--we left luggage and when we returned we were given a first class room at our regular room price. this made up for any inconvenience of room not available at time of arrival. Great location for enjoying the French quarter yet getting some sleep. East side of the French Quarter, one block from Bourbon St. Easy access to the city streetcar system. Busy staff try very hard to service the guests and succeed if you are patient. Lots of art and antique shops down Royal St. from hotel.

This place looked little tired but the rooms were large, very clean,really great location with lots of eating places near by also street car straight across road and the staff very very helpful. Breakfast was also included and was really nice and large selection. The only negative was that we stayed the weekend of Jazz Festival and the room price nearly doubled but we would certainly stay there again loved it

I really loved the Hotel and where it was located. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My Aunt & I stayed on the 20th floor and had a great view of the Mississippi River. We have stayed there before and it is our favorite place to stay in New Orleans. Good location and gorgeous. They are committed to providing first class service. - The rooftop was so romantic, you can look out over the city. The hotel had beautiful marble floors in the lobby.
