  Staff were excellent specially Patrick, Vivian and Gwen. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed 2 days pre-cruise and 2 days post cruise. Our connecting flight was delayed on arrival so we phoned from Chicago and spoke to Gwen, she assured us the booking was fine and not to worry about any thing. Breakfast was inclusive, so were local calls and most important in - The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were just coming off a cruise ship and arrived several hours prior to expected check in yet they had rooms ready and let us into them right away. We also had a late flight the next day and they let us stay in the room for two hours past check out and then held our bags while we had lunch. They arranged the airport shuttle for us right at check in and the shuttle was on time and took us to the airport for $10 per person. The food in the bar and

  Me and my Wife got to the Bridge and checked in after they picked us up from the Airport (free). The Manager asked me for our passports for identification and suddenly i realised i left both passports on the plane. The Manager quickly got his shuttle driver to take me back to the Airport and luckily the Airline check in staff recovered them for ... co mówią ludzie » me. Without the kind consideration and quickness of the people at the Bridge at Cordova Me and my Wife would have been completley stuck as we were go - our host, Jorge was really on the ball as far as keeping in contact with us on our way there, since our flight was very delayed. He was very professional and accomodating the whole time. They just couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable. We liked the rooms. Getting to the ship was very easy and well organized.
