This hotel and a lot of others near it are away from the railroad
tracks. This is very important in this town. The hotel is next to a
walking area for dogs. Very nice. The morning breakfast was included and
nice for the room charge.

The general manager. We had a problem at midnight, he came to the room,
quietly not waking 3 of the sleeping ppl in the room, and got the ac
running. Then he told us that he would adjust the bill, and he did
exactly what he said he would do. We are very thankful for him. Kudos to
him! Definitely the highlight of our stay! -

This is a family-owned business and, to the good fortune of the guests,
this family has high integrity and desires to see that guests are

Just down the street from the Lowell Observatory. We spent most of the day there, and also returned for the evening program and viewing.
We spent one night at the motel. It was a clean and well maintained facility. The room was a little small, but we didn't care about that. We were only there to sleep and clean up.

It was great. Very clean (the whole room, sheets, towels, bathroom - all really clean). Comfortable. The nights were cold outside but heating worked very well. We were staying here whilst exploring the Grand Canyon and it was great. Comfy beds, quiet, easy to find from the main road. Just over an hour into the Grand Canyon and a lot cheaper for that extra drive. Flagstaff itself is very nice, we found a couple of very nice restaurants for dinner. I would absolutely stay here again. Near to a supermarket and a starbucks which is great for breakfast.

Clean, nice well-kept and fairly new. Staff was great; we missed breakfast by 1/2 an hour but the staff let us brown bag some breakfast to go. Right off of the major highway (I-40) so good location. -

We took our 10 year old grandson to see the Grand Canyon and arrived at the Ramada Inn at 5:00 pm. Our room was ready, very clean and very cool. The bed was a little hard on my back, but in all fairness, I have a really bad back. In all we enjoyed our stay. -

The value for the money was outstanding. Other motels in the same price range in Flagstaff are dirty and gross. This motel was nice and clean. I also like the option of the rooms with bunk beds. This is the best motel I have ever seen in this price range. I also liked that the doors into the rooms are inside the hallways as opposed to being on the outside of the building. We were met late in the day by a very agreeable man in reception who was very welcoming, informative and helpful re where to get a late meal. He also advised us about free wifi. The breakfast arrangements worked well too. Everything needed to shower and sleep in a clean place with a coffee machine was present and worked well. Great for train lovers as the railway runs just across the road! Good value.
