We have been going to Little America for many years and have always enjoyed staying there. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. The restaurant and bar are good. There is a short hiking trail, large pool and beautiful grounds. We got upgraded this time and it was wonderful ! -

We loved everything about the place. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was delicious and loved that there was something different every morning. Loved having a laundry room. Pool was clean and just the right temperature.. My daughter and I had a glorious time and are already talking about going back. -

Good location, quiet (away from the railway!) and nice pool area with a great hot tub still open in November (it was supposed to close). Really good feel to the place,and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Will try to come back here. -

The hotel was easy to find and we had an attractive and very clean room. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were lovely and we didn't have any problems with noise. was so friendly and welcoming, and greeted us each time we came through

We had a long journey into Flagstaff and it snowed when we reached! It being our first time there and just staying for one night, we were not sure whether to bring in all our luggages. The best coffee we've ever had at a hotel - and free all day/night. Excellent service at the front counter. Friendly staff. Bed covers and pillows were amazing! Best night's sleep in a long time!

Great pool - was indoor and outdoor all in one. Our favorite hotel of the trip, great breakfast with lots of selection (hot and cold) -
The location was good from Flagstaff Airport and complimentary shuttle service was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Although remodling was underway to convert this hotel to a Doubletree,
we found it met our expectations in every way. Comfy... 4-Star feel for
a 3 star cost. Good staff. Worth the extra mile traveled from the
highway (I-40)... we suggest you bypass the $75 motels by the interstate
and head to this hotel (we paid $109). -

The general manager. We had a problem at midnight, he came to the room,
quietly not waking 3 of the sleeping ppl in the room, and got the ac
running. Then he told us that he would adjust the bill, and he did
exactly what he said he would do. We are very thankful for him. Kudos to
him! Definitely the highlight of our stay! -

Queen beds were comfortable. Room had a fridge and mountain view. Temperature was just right. Hotel had coin operated laundry, huge bonus on extended trip. Also a common room with TV. A bit reminiscent of a dorm but great place to make phone calls away from my kids. -

Clean, nice well-kept and fairly new. Staff was great; we missed breakfast by 1/2 an hour but the staff let us brown bag some breakfast to go. Right off of the major highway (I-40) so good location. -
Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast was good and centrally placed for getting about.
