  I loved the staff and the rooms were very comfortable, clean, the bathroom was clean and the shower was hot, I just loved it the pool and spa and hot tub I give a A++++, I would recommend any one to stay there I had kids ages 1 year to 21 years..   Everyone very helpful and friendly, right from the receptionist Freire to the Conceirgist Howard. Two very helpful people and the chef too who specially made us vegetarian food. Amazing hotel very friendly and caring towards its customers. A must if you stay in Cincinnati. - Price and size of the room
