Lots of nice touches. The breakfast and food to go was brilliant. Staff

The staff was great as we were warmly welcomed upon arrival, as well as at the breakfast the next morning. The room was well decorated, to the level we would normally only expected from a higher priced hotel. The room was very large, clean, and was at a good temperature. The heating/air was easy to adjust. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, when there was a problem with the lamp in our room, maintenance people went up and fixed the lamp immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and free. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was well worth our money and we would recommend it to anyone.

We were driving from the mid-west to New England at the end of a week-
long vacation and simply needed a place to crash for the night. We
booked online, but on our way there, we were told there was a problem
with the reservation, which they resolved by giving us a free upgrade to
a two-bedroom suite. You don't find that kind of service much

When we arrived we had a reservation problem. It was solved quickly in a way that satisfied us . For the balance of our stay the employees did everything possible to make our stay a very pleasant one. Whenever we come to Syracuse Crest Hill Suites will always be our choice
