  I found fantastic people in the staff of Palomine, I was very comfortable there, I felt almost at home when I came back from round trip to San Juans.   The price for the room was great. We are active so we don't spend much time in a hotel/motel room, therefore, we don't want to spend money for a space we don't occupy long-term, yet we want a site that is clean and well-maintained. They were nice, polite and friendly. Breakfast was good with a good variety. The rooms very clean and neat and had everything we were looking for (refrig / microwave). They were very helpful in referring us a good Mexican restaurant (within walking distance). We dealt with their daughter and the mother, both were wonderful ! We would stay

  We were traveling by train and rental car. The Hampton is two short blocks from the train station.Their shuttle was available to help me return my rental car to the airport (several miles away). The hotel is right downtown near several wonderful restaurants.
