The staff was very good. When I arrived, apparently the hotel computer did not have my booking, which was done through letsbookhotel.com. I even showed the hotel representative the printout of my booking and she still could not find it in the computer. She stated it was not a problem and she just entered my information and gave me a room at the pr

Very comfortable wonderful, wonderful mattress! No ice bucket and burned
out light over the sink taken care of immediately! As we were leaving,
loaded down with luggage, a passing housekeeper saw my dilemma and
offered to help me down the stairs as there was no railing.

We stayed two nights...everyone was very friendly...tina was extremely
helpful with an issue we had with our credit card...she knew just what
to do.......also we had accidently got locked out of our poolside
room...and on top of that the security latch was on the front door...the
gentlemen that was called to open our door for us was there

we enjoyed the rooms, sleep number beds and cleanliness. Staff friendly. Nice people we interacted with also staying at the hotel. Good free breakfast. Great pool/hot tub and atmosphere :)

Staff when we arrived were very pleasant and helpful, when we went over for complimentary breakfast the manager a man wasn't quite so nice, ignored us and just talked to colleague no hello or goodbye. Nice heated pool with towels, rooms was fully equipped and clean although bathroom needs updating. -

This facility was spotless. Our room was immaculate and the pool was pristine even at 9am. We were not on the pool side so it was quite peaceful the whole time we were there. Smoking room was available for my companion which was appreciated by him. The staff were quite friendly and deserve a big congratulations on a job well done.

The staff were very accommodating, even brought a small fridge to our room. The pool area was very nicely designed and very clean. Pool towels easily accessed at the pool and left in a bin after use. The breakfast provided variety for every taste. Coffee/tea available all day in lobby.
