  I initially chose your hotel for it's location and price..Close to Amtrak, Downtown, easy access to the Metra rail/buses so we could visit all the Museums, Parks, Restraunts and don't forget " Shopping "..But your Hotel Staff is what will bring me back..I'm a flight attendant and I spend a lot of time in hotels..A Clean, comfortable room is import... co mówią ludzie » ant..But a friendly, helpful staff is most important to me..Thank you for a wonderful stay..Sincerely, Paula & Serena - We didn't get a river view room, but who we met there did and it was spectacular! The staff was very friendly, very accommodating. I liked the breakfast included meal plan which was an outstanding value. The location was off the beaten path but close enough if you wanted a nice long walk through the city to take it all in. I was very pleased with the facility and would definitely stay there again.

  Close to the Midway Airport and the shuttle service was convenient to get you to the airport in minutes. Rooms were very quiet - no noise from inside or outside the hotel came in.
