  Nice hotel. Staff here were amazing. Tv sucked, but theres a denneys conviently right beside the hotel. Unfortunatly buffalo is just a terrible city to be in for to long. I would definatly recommend this hotel. - Room was easy to access for handicapped. Housekeeper very good. Day shift front desk very helpful. Waitress in restaurant very good.

  I liked the location and the relaxation of the lobby and its features for waiting for a flight or your partner etc Staff gave me friendl direction to shopping and route home It was easy for me to wait for my husband from his flight and we had dinner there - Staff was very nice and helpful.
