The room was amazing and very clean. I was there with my daughter and
her friend and my friend for the one direction concert, loved the set up
of the room and felt very safe and comfortable. Access to the rail was
simple and easy and staff at front desk were very helpful and kind.
Breakfast was a little scarce even at 8:30, do need to put more cof

in the rooms for more then one person. Overall it was a great experience
and we would gladly return. -
I liked the spaciousness and the full kitchen in our suite. We had a family Thanksgiving -- turkey and all! The front desk staff ad problems with our reservations, due to a complicated change to one of our two rooms. Dana went out of her way to make things right! Her friendly attitude makes us want to come back.

The best thing is always the made to order breakfast.... Followed closely by the clean and comfortable rooms. The suites allow u to split from your kids which is always great. -
Bed was very comfortable. The towels, and tissue were made into a pretty
design! The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean.

The bed was absolutely awesome. Never slept better. The staff super
wonderful and energetic. The restaurant had a great dish that I loved.
Nice amenities that I did not have time to use. Quiet and pretty sound
proof too. Awesome place and will stay again. No complaints whatsoever. -

The Hawthorn Suites has a kitchenette that I found to be very useful for
preparing light lunches. -
