From my window, level 3 ,could see wb studios 5 miles from Chinees theather, after 9.00 am easy to reach Universal Studio 3 miles.   I was most impressed with your staff - everyone was very nice - polite - helpful - friendly. The desk personnel were particularly personable, but so were the maintenance staff. I really like the daily exchange of linnen, especially the duvets. Most hotels do not do this! Sharon was very responsive in correcting my bill when the dayshift front desk clerk, (a portly male) gave me the runaround regarding my HH price for valet parking.
