  We got upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was quite simply the best I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few suites. The staff could not do enough for you and we're always there in the background to help.   I loved the hotel and all the staff. The hotel was beautiful and our room was so spacious and elegant. All the concierge staff were always available to help us in anyway. Christine in particular went out of her way to provide us with traveling tips and helpful maps, etc. They had a complimentary shuttle service that we used each day. The staff, the facilities and the location were second to none especially if you are travelling with older children. We have stayed at Burj Al Arab Dubai views were better but service on par for half the price. Stay here its awesome -we were in the Wing don't let that put you off it is great.
