The front office staff, particulary Alexandra and Venera(I hope i spelled that correctly) where extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are HUGE for a hotel. this place is amazing. the staff is very friendly, the premises are very nice, the beach close is beautiful, and not so crowded, and the rooms are huge and super confortable. the possibility to cook is also quite handy.

I liked that it is so close to the beach,around five min acros the park. The north beach is much quite. The ocean is great. Even children can swim there. It is clean. Staff at hotel was also nice, polite and helpfull. It nice for family vacation. It is free parking there. But it is a bit far to south beach ...around 20min by car and 40 by bus.

The hotel is new and well conserved, the staff is really helpfull and friendly to answer questions or help you out with any request. The location is great, we were able to walk a few blocks and enjoy the bay harbour beach with towels and chair from the hotel.
Breakfast is simple but have anything you would need to start your day. -

Great location near the beach and walking distance to many restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, ATM's - anything you could want. Free parking and a basic breakfast are included, as well as free WiFi. This hotel in Surfside had only been open 5 days, so they had a few kinks to get out of the system. This was more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff. (one particular woman in registration went out of her way to help)The location is great, the hotel is beautiful, and the weather was perfect..I wish we could have stayed longer! -
