  Only stayed for a quick sleepover from airport. Apart from a little difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel the experience was good. Very clean room and extremely comfortable bed. - Close proximity to the airport; staff were very friendly, engaging, helpful, and professional. My room was very clean and comfortable.

  Location and price was key! We went to the Lakers game at the Philips Arena which was 3 minutes away. Talk about convenience! Also the price was extremely reasonable for the location.   The staff at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta were friendly and paitent first and foremost. We felt as if we were royal guest each time we returned to the hotel after leaving.
