The friendliness of the staff was top notch. I loved the free wi-fi computers in the lobby. The luxury of the hotel in itself was a vacation from home. The hotel's location was central to all the sightseeing and restaurants where we dined. The rooms were well planned out with comfortable beds, chairs desk. I loved the night lights built in the bedside tables. We were located on the 26th floor so were enjoyed the executives level breakfast bar. The perfect start to our day of sightseeing.

Front Desk (Jamel) was very friendly and accomodated us on a couple of small things we needed. The Bar Tender for the Cocktail Hour had a very nice way about him too. I liked the late check-out, the suite room was very large, and the many ammenities offered, like the pool and exercise room. The rooms are very comfortable, and the free happy hour was awesome.

The staff at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta were friendly and paitent first and
foremost. We felt as if we were royal guest each time we returned to the
hotel after leaving. Lots of friendly smiling faces, doors opened, and
well wishes. We really like the robes provided during our stay as well.

Location was great. Staff were extremely pleasant and more than helpful with our every request. Would definitely stay there if I returned. Only downside- outdoor pool- my children really wanted to swim . We enjoyed fitness center as well.

The checkin desk was very helpful. Everyone always greeted us with a smile I have never experienced a better hotel staff ever! The shuttle bus even wad very helpful and patient provided tips on places to visit in Atlanta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 2 weddings going on and it was not a need to get around the wedding groups. I will be returning.

The friendliest staff I have ever encountered in a hotel, from the maid service, to the waitstaff on the concierge floor, to the staff at the reception desk. It was a great stay. The hotel is located in the heart of Atlanta with easy access to many business and leisure destinations. The comfort and service provided was exclusive. The Gym and Spa amenities were great to start the day! The Club membership was very helpful and food menu included was exclusive.
