Front Desk (Jamel) was very friendly and accomodated us on a couple of small things we needed. The Bar Tender for the Cocktail Hour had a very nice way about him too. I liked the late check-out, the suite room was very large, and the many ammenities offered, like the pool and exercise room. The rooms are very comfortable, and the free happy hour was awesome.

From the time that we arrived, we were greeted with friendly and happy workers who made our stay outstanding. The facility, including the rooms were very clean which is a very important component. My husband and I stayed because our flights were an overnight @ Atlanta Airport. The staff was the friendliest staff we have encountered ever at a hotel. We ate at a restaurant there and the waitress was so nice and knowledgeable! Even the breakfast staff was great! It was also clean, comfortable, and everything was very accommodating!

My daughter cried on the way out that she didn't want to go home - and she loved the hotel. Although a professional conference was going on, the staff were fantastic and really great with our kids. - I was very satisfied with the customer service. I also appreciate the cleanest of the room as well as how decorative it was.
