Only stayed for a quick sleepover from airport. Apart from a little difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel the experience was good. Very clean room and extremely comfortable bed. -
Close proximity to the airport; staff were very friendly, engaging, helpful, and professional. My room was very clean and comfortable.

Jeremy Ramey provided extremely thorough customer service. My mother (senior citizen) checked into the room a day before my arrival and Jeremy ensured that she got into the room and was comfortable. He worked diligently with me before her arrival to ensure that the reservation was confirmed and made arrangements for me to pay the bill in advance

Overall, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room in terms of furnishings and comfort was impeccable, something I would probably expect from higher end hotels. The room was always clean as well. The location was excellent because it was very close to the downtown area and many other areas of interest. There were restaurants nearby.

Location and price was key! We went to the Lakers game at the Philips
Arena which was 3 minutes away. Talk about convenience! Also the price
was extremely reasonable for the location. None of the other hotels
could compare to that price with that location. Overall I had an awesome

The staff was wonderful. There was a mishap with my reservation but the
front desk lady fixed it immediately and upgraded me to a suite for the
inconvience! Security was also helpful on our last night staying! And it
very convient to all the attractions we did through our city pass! Loved
it. We will return soon!

This place was Amazing!!! The staff was overly nice and informed, the Pool, Hot tub and training facility were very well maintained. Our maid staff was very thorough and fast. This is a key location in Atlanta area at the Perimeter Community, an upscale, classy area of Atlanta! The hotel is located a short walk from the Perimeter Mall, major stores and eating establishments from fast-food to 5-Star restaurants. The facility is classy, well used, with sensibly priced amenities! Loved the accommodations!

The staff, most especially the evening reception, "Anita" and the gentleman who set up breakfast and who drove the shuttle in the morning, "Sly" -both made us feel at home. The complimentary breakfast buffet and appetizers were so good. Chantel and Victoria did wonderful at the front desk from check-in to check-out. Robin, Elizabeth, and staff kept us supplied with towels, etc. Angelica and staff did a wonderful job on the buffet. You all were so helpful in making my family's stay a wonderful one. Keep up the good work and promote Chantel to Manager already! Thank you.
