The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was close
enough to downtown as well as Easton. Even thought this is an airport
hotel, I didn't hear the planes. The desk in the room had an
extremely nice surge protector device with lots of plugs. -

and pool area (and abundant towels when we were there), overall

This hotel was wonderful!! We brought our girls in an overnight
"American Girl" getaway. They have a package upgrade here that
was fantastic! We surprised our girls at checking when the front desk
handed them their American Girl bags with a travel bed,pillow,blanket,

The staff were excellent. They went out of their way to provide for us in ways that were not required. For example, they provided us with a free breakfast even though we had not rented a room for which that came packaged. They also provided free internet in our rooms. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

Liked location as I was at a conference. I've marked "gay friendly" as anything in downtown Cols. that is NOT so is at odds in a fairly "gay" town. Glad to have fridge, too, as I travel on a close budget most of time. Staff has been one reason I've stayed there now three times when at this particular conference. Am also a member of the CP/Holiday

I booked this hotel for my son and his bride for their wedding night. All hotel staff that I spoke with were wonderful, helpful and professional! They even threw in a complimentary bottle of champagne! My son and his wife had an amazing time and couldn't say enough nice things about their experience here! Highly recommend to anyone!

We loved everything about the Lofts! We had a family celebration and loved the location, the room, the parking and pretty much everything except the WEATHER! We all said we would stay here again. The rooms were big and the beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to some great restaurants. We saw the George Bellows exhibit which was spectacular.

Each and every staff member went out of their way to speak to me and offer assistance. The staff was very professional. We had some trouble with the lock in our room and was sent complimentary cookies and milk. It was wonderful. -

we don't often stay in a suite and were duly impressed
The suites were wonderful. The bed very comfortable. Made us feel very pampered.
