Friendly helpful staff, at front desk & especially breakfast staff. Maids were polite and very respectful of privacy. Breakfasts foods were hot and fresh and never in short supply. Definitely will be staying at this hotel when we're here again. An easy 4 out of 5 rating if not higher. -

The shuttle service is wonderful. I have had several experiences, and it is the best. They took me over to pick up my daughter at the airport and then on to Zona Rosa for dinner. Then, when we were finished, they came back to pick us up. It's close to the airport and to Zona Rosa for a great dining and shopping experience. The staff cannot not

This hotel was recommended to me by a friend, and, since I usually travel solo, I use it frequently. -
The staff picked me up with the shuttle after having been rerouted from
Dulles through Atlanta to Kansas City. I had worked to get my delayed
luggage from two airlines at the airport. I was exhausted. The staff
picked me up, made sure I had everything I needed since I didn't
have luggage. They were comforting and warm when I was totally
exhausted. The next day, the shuttle took me back to the airport so that
I could pick up my car from economy parking.

Front desk staff was very patient and so very helpful. Helped me figure
out how to get my rental car back - even though construction was taking
place on the roads.
Also, the breakfast was great! A very friendly atmosphere at all times.
My room was very large and had I been traveling with others or for a longer time it was set up like a miniature

The rooms were clean and the staff very accommodating. The free breakfast is a nice touch. And we spent a day at their pool.
And the shuttle to the airport was very welcomed.
It is very convenient for Worlds of Fun and shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable of the area and recommended some wonderful places. The room was clean, spacious and decorated well. We really liked the bathroom and king size bed. -

Very handy to the airport, long term parking while flying out! It was really great room was clean and nice, staff was helpful and friendly/ O would highly recommend. -
Great place to stay when your flight is delayed. Staff was extremely helpful, shuttle service was convenient and the restaurant had a variety of options to choice from.
