  Front desk personnel were exceptional in all aspects. When I called from airport for a ride the desk person provided detailed information and was helpful.   This is a great hotel for a stay before or after a trip with connecting flights. Close to JFK airport, not close to the city. Complimentary hotel shuttle to and from the airport.   Personnel at front desk was very polite and helpful. Shuttle picked us up at 2 in the morning, no problem at all! Happy driver.
