Rooms were nice and clean. The room was extremely hot, though the heater
was not running, so I had to run the ac for a while to cool it down (not
sure if they have central heat in addition to the in-room units). Rooms
are very comfortable with tv, seating area, desk, and flat screen tv,
and a comfortable bed. Good continental breakfast as well. -

Our room was recently remodeled and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit sparse but there was enough to eat and par for the course for this type of hotel with a free breakfast. Coffee was good!
Overall, very good value for the money.

The staff was very friendly. We were in our room 15 minutes and somebody called to make sure our room was satisfactory and to see if we needed anything. The beds were so comfortable.The room was very clean.We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again. -

The room was very large, clean, and was at a good temperature. The heating/air was easy to adjust. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, when there was a problem with the lamp in our room, maintenance people went up and fixed the lamp immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and free. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was well worth our money and we would recommend it to anyone.

We were driving from the mid-west to New England at the end of a week-
long vacation and simply needed a place to crash for the night. We
booked online, but on our way there, we were told there was a problem
with the reservation, which they resolved by giving us a free upgrade to
a two-bedroom suite. You don't find that kind of service much

When we arrived we had a reservation problem. It was solved quickly in a way that satisfied us . For the balance of our stay the employees did everything possible to make our stay a very pleasant one. Whenever we come to Syracuse Crest Hill Suites will always be our choice
