  Very helpful reception staff including the duty manager Thomaz I think? Helped us to our room as we had to carry our sleeping child. Was very helpful on the phone and friendly and nothing was too much trouble!! Also lady in the morning on the reception was helpful and lady at breakfast helpful and friendly towards us and our son. The staff were extremely helpful and always willing to give little man a smile and a little chat. Will def stay again. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay. And excellent black out curtains little man slept in until 8:30 I haven't had a lie in like that for a long long time!! : )

  The Gleneagles is one of the better hotels that I have stayed in recently. The ground floor double room with it's own rear entrance to (limited spaces) car parking was well worth the budget price.   Location, friendliness and comfort - This is my 1st hotel I can really recommend for everyone-newlyrefurbished, spotless, nice and bright, with excellent staff!!!
