Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The rooms were up to date and comfortable (a lot better than the pictures portrays them) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. you get what you pay for. I decided to treat myself to a corner suite. The view was incredible, direct to the stadium (which is where I was headed to see Roger Waters), the room was well arranged, the room was very quiet, as was the whole hotel, I loved the executive floor, nibbles and breakfast. Checkout was effortless, and all staff in executive floor could not have been more charming and happy to chat to a solo bloke going to a rock concert! The rooms were spotless and well layed out, everything one would expect to find in a hotel room was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. friendly staff, nice basic room, all that was really needed having just attended a football match at wembley..good that check in open early as was able to drop off bags before the match etc.. - I thought the bathroom was brilliant - great idea to make it a sealed unit so you don't get damp problems. Also thought the 24 food was great.

I had reservations as I only stay in 4/5 stars but for location I choose this hotel for Valentines day as it was walking distance to Wembley Stadium and I did not want to stay some where and I was not happy.From checking in to checking out I was very happy. very friendly staff, tube station literally in front of the door, at a busy street but double windows protect well from noise, air conditioned, recently refurbished and a good restaurant inside. perfect for a city trip to London. We had the car parked in a covered spot so it did not get hot, parking fee was very reasonable. Large, fresh and very tasty breakfast buffet. Kids eat for free! we would definitely go again.

We a lovely two night stay at the hotel and on return home realized i had left my watch in the hotel room, i called the hotel and the very helpful receptionist she would get in touch with house keeping and get back to me 5 mins later i got a call to say they had it and would put it safe for me. i sent a prepaid envelope and my watch was returned t

All the staff couldn't have been more helpfull throughout our 2 night stay. They also provided lots of information and guideance/advice on travel options in and out of London, along with above and beyond support within the Premier Inn. The Beefeater Pub which was attached served excellent food and also couldn't have been faulted which made our stay even more enjoyable. Please pass these comments on.

I loved the quality, value for money, excellent service (lman receptionist was fab) restaurant next door selling great food at good value price, lovely outdoor area, grass, tables etc and there is also an indoor play area for children. Parking no problem and free. Close to tube station of Perivale 6 mins walk. -
