  First impressions were lovely. Clean airy welcoming appartment. Easy access to the centre of Wells. Free parking in the Hotel. Would definately stay again and next time bring the children as it suited us to come and go as we please without being tied to hotel meal times. - Excellent location, quiet, comfortable, well equipped, nice decor

  Hotel staff were very friendly and most helpful. The lift had broken so the staff insisted on helping carry our bags from the car (I am disabled through spinal injuries so not able to carry) up the stairs to the room. The room and beds were comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good providing you didn't have the scrambled eggs... co mówią ludzie » but the sausages were the best that I have tasted in year's! Many thanks to all involved. - We liked the whole package really, the Hotel is very convenient for Wells, with a bus stop outside the door!!! As parking is horrendous, as is the driving within the City, this is most useful, with connections to Bath etc. Everyone at the Hotel was friendly and very helpful, the food in the Bistro was good and reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our two days there, and would definitely return. Definitely good value.
