  The staff was attentive and caring. We needed to have laundry done and they did not have facilities for us to use so the cleaning staff did the laundry for us. My husband lost is wallet and they helped to coordinate with the police our getting it back. We felt very much at home there and commend them on their hospitality. It has a very European, "boutiquehotel" feel to it. The breakfast provided was delicious. We had twodinners there as well that were a great value.   The staff were really lovely and made the family wedding we came for a great day.it was really convenient to be able to get a bus into Glasgow outside the hotel and the train just a mile down the road.The Hotel was also very warm and the public rooms really nice,and the breakfast was good - We attended a family wedding at the Bothwell BridgeHotel... co mówią ludzie » during our stay and have to say the Staff provided us with an excellent event, with every need catered for.   facilities, staff and food was excellent. Good position to explore Glasgow or staging post for a visit to the highlands. Will be returning - Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. I left my iphone charger behind and they happily posted it to me. Good service all round.
