I booked Hotel Indigo for my husband's 30th birthday and it really was ideal. We had hoped for a relaxing city break and that is what we got.
The staff we incredibly friendly and helpful and offered us a complimentary glass of wine and a turn-down service because it was hubby's birthday, which was lovely.
The hotel décor was modern and clean and the room (superior double) was well furnished, comfortable and stylish.

Excellent, quality accommodation - clean and quiet with good transport links (DLR and river ferry) and local shopping / pubs / eating out. The views from the apartment (9th floor) are spectacular which provided an added bonus!
Tip for taxi users - we used a local cab company (Carrot Cars) to go from the apartment to Euston station at a very reasonable rate (£21) that was quoted on booking and didn't change despite long delays due to traffic congestion - and it was nearly 30% cheaper than the b

We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority. The owner has broken all the regulations and has been ordered by the council to empty the building and change it to the original planing permission given. The purpose of the building was to provide office space three floors and student accommodation three top floors, total six floors.

Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay! Very quick check in with lovely staff who helped us to find bus routes.
The room we stayed in was amazing - everything from the layout to the comfy bed and huge shower made our stay so fun. We also had a great view onto the courtyard where the sun came in, and were able to see the park.
We were able to leave bags for the day. Tower Bridge was just down the road! Short bus journey to Waterloo/Southbank areas too.
