  This was the second time staying at this hotel. The owners are friendly and courteous and the facilities are what you would expect of a hotel with a much higher star rating. We stayed in a self catering room on this occasion and found it to have everything we needed for a wonderful stay.   Very friendly and informative owners. Made us all feel very welcome and at home. Meals very good quality with a good selection to choose from. Clean, bright rooms. Convenient location to Sidmouth and surrounding places of interest. Well worth the money. - We arrived late and got a very friendly and helpful welcome.
