  Very friendly and informative owners. Made us all feel very welcome and at home. Meals very good quality with a good selection to choose from. Clean, bright rooms. Convenient location to Sidmouth and surrounding places of interest. Well worth the money. - We arrived late and got a very friendly and helpful welcome.
