  Relaxed and laid back atmosphere was great, could float around in our spa gowns and slippers. Lovely room, breakfast was amazing. Some spa hotels have a strict check in at 3pm and leave by 11am, Charlton House were happy to let us use the spa for as long as we liked both on day of arrival and departure. Important details such as good quality linen/ bedding/ towels/cutlery etc did not disappoint.

The room was large and when I said I was hoping to do some studying while I was there, a small table was provided in my room to work on. Improvements were also made to the Internet connection.   The hotel and its fascilities were second to none. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and was full of charachter. The food was amazing with a great dining room service. Montys spa was great, clean and we had a couple of treatments which were again very good.
