  all of the staff were very friendly, nothing too much trouble, ask if had good days out prices of food and drink very good, hope to go back this year or next would recommend - breakfast was nice. and the staff were so helpfull

  Rooms very clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking easy, with plenty of room, even for us in a minibus. Good choice of food at very reasonable prices. Staff were probably some of the best I have come across. From reception, restaurant and bar, everyone we encountered were helpful and friendly. This does make a difference. Book this hotel with confidence - The location complemented with excellent price including breakfast and 24 hours availability on an individual to address any needs was the best part of the hotel. I got the river facing room, so getting to see ferry running across was awesome. The room was made every single day of my stay. The food was extremely good and I will definitely recommend it to others for a stay should you be in this town for few days.

  The desk staff were outstandingly helpful upon my arrival. Having arrived unexpectedly early, following a Iengthy night of driving, I was very impressed with their genuine efforts to accommodate me, and their friendly, "happy to help" approach. Superb value. - Great location. Close to the freeway entrance and close to the town of Rochester as well, but yet hidden away in a quiet location across from the Medway river. Rooms were compact but spacious and clean. Not too much noise at all, so you got a good night's sleep and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The rates were very reasonable as well, so all in all, we would stay there again for sure

  All staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a drink in Hubb's bar and felt very relaxed. We have stayed, at the Ramada Encore three times now whilst visiting my daughter in Rochester. The hotel is modern, very clean and within easy reach for visiting local areas of interest. We will stay there again on other visits to see my daughter. There was also tea and coffee making in the room, even though the website hadn't mentioned this.
