It was very convenient for the motorway. It was in a beautiful location with stunning views across the valley. there was a wedding party on when we arrived and meals were not been made but when i asked the manager offered us the same food as the wedding party which was out of this world - Staff were friendly and organised everything for you and hotel bar was open all night to residents, and was really good sized rooms and clean!!!

We had a very friendly welcome. We arrived about 7pm expecting to be able to order a meal, unfortunately they stop serving at 6pm on Sundays (9pm other nights). Seeing how diappointed we were the young woman went to ask the landlord if he could reccomend somewhere or provide a sandwich. Richard very kindly made us fish and chips, which were excellent and so very welcome after a full day on the road.
