  Good service delivery. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. The food was excellent and timely. The room was comfortable and completely self contained.   The hotel was small so we were checked in quickly and helped with the FREE car parking! The room was around the same standard as a premier inn with heated bathroom floors and a very comfy bed. The hotel itself looked like a converted house and the entrance and dining area were very homely looking. We were using this hotel as we had booked to do a ... co mówią ludzie » cocktail making class and have tapas at a nearby bar called Bar7, this was 5 mins walking and then we got a taxi into leeds town centre approx 2-3 min - A family hotel whose staff were amazingly helpful and attentive - even swapping us to a ground-floor room (due to a broken ankle) without needing to be asked and despite its being a family room rather than the twin we had booked! Delicious breakfast, with generous variety (both continental and cooked). Superb location for the universities - just across the road. Right on bus route for shopping or bus/coach/train stations. Yet a feeling of being in the country - "at home" in the country. Thank

  I was there for my sisters wedding and I found the whole experience wonderful. The hotel staff were most helpful and the hotel was beautiful. - Excellent hotel, would like to keep secret so can always stay when we want!
