  This is a fantastic accommodation. The apartment was roomy, very modern in design and immaculately clean. It was located in a vibrant part of Glasgow with easy access to incredible restaurants, fantastic shopping and amazing museums and parks. The staff was accommodating and responsive. Parking in the underground garage was very convenient. Internet connectivity was good. Décor was excellent. The apartment was in great condition. Everything to the minor detail was provided to make comfortable stay (paper towels, laundry liquid, etc). We loved it!

  The location of the apartment is excellent with Fantastic City views. I particularly liked the friendly welcome by Gerry. Spotless cleaning of bedrooms, Kitchen and bathrooms. But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.

  The location of the hotel was excellent, the surrounding countryside and the views where second to none.The spa facilities where of a high standard we received excellent service.   The experience from entry to leaving was excellent, one of the best country hotels in the UK, staff friendly, service excellent, a place of peace and calm, even through the 90 mph gales. - The service was friendly but not overbearing, the room luxurious and the food excellent with a lovely view of the ocean and a golfcourse.

  Much has been written about Ardtorna already, and when we arrived the welcoming and gracious owners had just returned from picking up another "best of..." award. We only stayed one night, but it was our best night's sleep in Scotland, which speaks for the bed and bedding. The view was beatiful, and all rooms have it. The breakfast offer is amazing with 15 options, all of which are well thought through and mouth watering. A fantastic bed and breakfast and worthy of its 5 star rating and award winning food award.
