Two days later the ceiling caved in during the night because of the water from the air conditioner.   I upgraded to a four poster room for a minimum additional charge. The room was warm, comfortable and scrupulously clean. Staff (owner and family) very friendly and helpful. I arrived before the closure of the restaraunt so had an excellent chinese meal. The breakfast was also well prepared and there was a choice.
