Guy and Claire are a very friendly couple who will do what they can to make your stay an enjoyable one however long it is for. We were very impressed with everything about this B&B. The rooms were spotless everyday, the breakfast facilities were great, very near to beaches, cafes, and local bus & train stations. My wife and I chose this hotel for a 4 nights stay based on excellent reviews, location and value for money ( discounted room price offer). We were not disappointed. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and views across the bay were great. Shanklin village is a short easy walk away, as is the beach and seafront.

We were offered an upgrade on arrival to a premium room at a attractive price that was well worth it as the room was my larger and had a very comfy sofa. Staff were very friendly and wanted to help. Location was very good and only a short drive to the beech, easily walkable but would be uphill on way back.
Will stay again if we go back to the Isle of Wight.
